Overall Satisfaction with Auvik
We use Auvik to monitor all of our IT Infrastructure. It monitors all of our network devices including for example our switches, firewalls, printers, etc… it gives us detailed information on each device from CPU, memory, and network utilization. There are thresholds for each of these performance metrics. If the thresholds are broken, we will receive an alert.

Auvik supports a much wider range of devices, has more capabilities, and is easier to set up and manage. Cisco prime doesn’t have near the advanced GUI and easy to ease menu that Auvik provides. Many of the advanced Cisco Prime server settings require you use the command line interface which is Linux-based. Auvik is all GUI-based.
