Overall Satisfaction with Auvik
I use Auvik every day for a plethora of issues while on the helpdesk. Especially for networking troubleshooting. Favorite part? Probably built-in SSH to our switches. Oh, and use of SNMP to save configurations!
- Networking support through SNMP.
- API usage.
- speed on picking up changes.
- banners for Auvik messages moved from the top to somewhere else.
- use of the map controls.. little clunky.
- Finding devices.
- Filling the gaps that other tools cannot.
- Cant say - I am an employee.
