Fabulous product, Does the job of some of the Major monitoring companies at a fraction of the price point proving that you don't have to pay thousands of dollars to get quality network monitoring. this found unknown network loops while in the trial period and is showing us where our traffic issues are on a daily basis
- Finds connections between devices even when they are not suposed to be there
- alerts to issues before the end user notices
- alerts to when an issue has been resolved even if it resolves without interaction
- they could intergrate with more help desk software like spiceworks
- Network Mapping
- Network Monitoring
- it allowed us to find network issues while still in the trial period
- ManageEngine OpManager and SolarWinds NetFlow Traffic Analyzer (NTA)
