I needed a product for a customer and ordered from AVI-SPL since it showed the part we needed was in stock and would ship in 2 days. Then I find out that the product was on backorder for months. I had to keep trying to contact the Rep to keep on top of the ETA, and the ETA kept getting pushed back. I would not have ordered from this company if I would have known the part was on backorder.
