Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

AVI-SPL does Audio Visual installations for our Campus. All the systems they have installed work well and are well implemented. Any service calls they have provided for us have been professional and timely. They are one of a few preferred AV vendors for us. We have also purchased parts from them for our Maintenance and Installation of classroom systems.

The help desk has helped in getting service out when needed. They work within our scheduling parameters to assure service can be provided. When available they schedule previous installers to help in maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
We've used Crestron NVX for our AV over IP, it has been overall a good experience.

Crestron DigitalMedia (DM), Crestron Fusion
When we need a full design/ build implementation they are great at this! When we had Crestron systems that weren't working correctly from initial installation, they got Crestron out to work out the solution which entailed a software update. We have had systems that we designed and want a vendor to build, this is not their specialty.
