Project Overview
AVI-SPL is offering a solutions package designed to maximize Bridgewater State University’s investment in meeting and
collaboration technology. To achieve this goal, AVI-SPL is utilizing industry best practices for system design and is deploying
proven and reliable devices and services.
This response scope corresponds to site visit performed on February 8, 2022 and the AV scope document provided by BSU ITMS.

The existing lectern will remain with USB-C, and HDMI inputs for laptops and an existing PC. All system inputs will be connected via a
new 3x1 switching transmitter.
• The new PTZ cameras will be connected to the matrix switcher, converted to USB and extended to the lectern locations to the existing
PC for use with the desired video conferencing platform.
• System audio in and out will be sent from the audio DSP to the lectern location.
o Additionally, a Bluetooth audio input will be installed with push button pairing
