Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We have used AVI - SPL for AV integration for new construction and refresh projects to deploy upgraded and modernized AV systems utilizing networked AV systems. We have utilized AVI - SPL for a small scale classroom refresh and a large scale new construction event space.

I have used to support team once and have had a positive experience though there was some confusion on the backend for billing that needed to be sorted out.
Installing AV over IP systems has helped support remote trouble shooting efforts
I couldnt find an exact similar product but my experience with Diversified has been the complete opposite of AVI - SPL

AVI - SPL has been useful for a variety of Audio Visual needs from small-scale refresh projects to large scale new construction builds. They have also been a useful partner for support calls when needed, even for locations they were not involved in installing.
