Overall Satisfaction with AxisCare Home Care Software

We use AxisCare for scheduling and billing, and maintaining our client and caregiver databases. As a home care agency with many moving parts, AxisCare allows us to have all the information in one place. We use the report function for many, many different reports.

  • task functions
  • Compliance forms are completed through AxisCare and stored with the client or caregiver so we are able to access them with a click rather than searching through paper folders
It's mostly intuitive, but there are a couple things each month that we need to call customer service to have them help us with.
