Overall Satisfaction with AxisCare Home Care Software
As a personal care company, we use it as our sole EMR software system and for EVV. The software keeps all of our client and caregiver documents in one space for seamless access across our 5 office organization.
Pros
- Customer/Support Assistance
- New Updates Information

Cons
- Larger file size for image/file messages. This would help with continuing education documents.
- More control over users as an admin (settings for bots, notifications)
- More information for trouble shooting EVV issues
- Document storage for users such as forms that the admin has access to for viewing uploaded weekly/monthly forms, etc. This would be a HUGE help so we don't have to rely on outside platforms for documents used on multiple clients/caregivers.
- Increase in available technology and ease of use to those that are tech savy
- Ability to track hours worked/billed more effectively than on paper
- System glitches often and we have large volumes of calls with clocking issues, more information in document form would be helpful upon start up
- Training for caregivers on required items for successful EVV capture

Unsure. I am new to the home care scene so I'm not sure what other options are out there. I am pleased with the amount of support we are able to get from our Rep and the support team so there hasn't been a reason to research further since I took the management position approximately 6 months ago.

I am unsure.
During our transition from paper to forms. It took them a while to figure out what the problem was and how exactly to help but they were in contact frequently with updates and assuring they were working on it.

Yes - Fairly well. There are glitches often that cause us to replace hours worked or obtain a timesheet when clocking in and out or submitting ADLs.
