Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Azure Active Directory
We use Azure Active Directory internally for our entire organization, including single sign-on to all the third-party SaaS solutions our employees work with, and we have a large portion of our business dedicated to Azure AD consulting for our clients. We use Azure AD as the foundation for our zero-trust security posture.

I've worked with both Okta and Auth0 at various clients. Consistently, we find that Azure Active Directory provides a more seamless experience, better integration with IT tooling, and a more developer-friendly experience. In the past Azure AD has lacked some of the customization capabilities that Okta and Auth0 provide, but that has changed (especially with External Identities).
