Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR

BambooHR is a great one-stop shop for Employers. The customer service is exemplary and always ready to help. If something needs to be looked into for further assistance, they will always follow up with you until the problem is resolved. There are many benefits to using BambooHR. You can keep an electronic record of everything from certifications to signed documents and more!

  • Onboarding has been easier than ever! I am able to post a job on 3 different platforms at once, and BambooHR records every candidate along with every note made by the hiring lead.
  • Payroll has always been easy to maintain and manage unlike other platforms.
  • Exemplary customer service.
Everything is fairly easy to navigate. It is all in one platform. You can also add different platforms for background checks, onboarding, etc.
BambooHR support is exemplary, you may have to wait a little bit every now and then to connect with a customer service rep but I have never once had an issue with them. They take care of each individual customer along with follow ups regarding each issue. VERY happy with that!
Every Report is done to your liking. You can create and filter everything to get the report you want. Whether it's a payroll report or a turnover report, there is a report for you.
BambooHR can integrate with different platforms to make it a one-stop shop. My company uses Checkr for background checks and MVR. The process is super easy, and it works very well.

I have always been able to contact BambooHR for any problems or questions that I may have. Even if the question is silly, they always have an answer and are extremely helpful and professional. I have had questions regarding compensation for a contractor who was being brought on at a day rate, and they were able to answer my questions in a timely manner and give me great advice regarding such.
