Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use it for employee data management and storing, time off requests, for organization chart and employee satisfaction surveys as well as for feedback management

  • clear time off tracking
  • reminders for anniversaries and birthdays are great
it is quite slow and sometimes can take up to a week, there is no live chat
reporting is not as advanced as we would like to see it

is well suited for performance management, time off management, could use more options for custom made surveys and employee forms as well as custom made reminders for years of service, more advanced reports and hiring section with integration of LinkedIn
