Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR

We use it for employee data management and storing, time off requests, for organization chart and employee satisfaction surveys as well as for feedback management

it is quite slow and sometimes can take up to a week, there is no live chat
reporting is not as advanced as we would like to see it
