Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

BambooHR is all encompassing, it addresses many problems. The major surprising functions include the onboarding process, offboarding process, the built-in document signing capability, along with reporting but there is a lot more.

Pros

  • Onboarding - this function is extremely important and saves the HR department and manager alike, tons of time.
  • Offboarding - this function is done really well as it manages the tasks for HR, IT, payroll and the manager.
  • Policy signing - this function has been remarkable to ensure the company is in compliance and has all the documents signed, that need to be signed.
  • Announcements - great function for helping our employees stay informed

Cons

  • The org chart is a little difficult to move and review because the review pane is so small.
  • I would like the ability to upload a candidate directly into a candidate pool, instead of having to put them into an open req first.
  • Save HR time to focus on strategy
  • Save TA time to free up time for speaking to candidates
Since implementing BambooHR I have received no feedback/questions at all from employees, when we asked employees about the system, they said it was so easy to use and intuitive, they really didn't have any questions.
They were very responsive and helpful!
Most of the reports needed are already available, the few that I've needed custom were very easy to create. I've used other systems where it was very complex and frustrating.

BambooHR is a perfect fit for the size of our organization (approx. 150 employees). It has all the functionality we were looking for plus more we didn't even know we needed but pleasantly surprised.
