Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR for our primary HR software for onboarding, offboarding, performance management, ENPS, and recruiting efforts. We have approximately 200 employees that are in the system. We do not currently use BambooHR for Payroll or anything other advanced functions as we do that in-house.

BambooHR is also great for maintaining documentation and signature templates. It's greatly decreased the amount of printed paper we've needed at any time.

Pros

  • Documentation Repository
  • Onboarding/Offboarding Tasks
  • API with Ease, our Benefits Platform

Cons

  • Onboarding Tasks, while nice, need to be more robust or have back-up people/teams that can be added to tasks.
  • More Efficient Communication in Onboarding
  • Better Document Retention
Navigation is relatively easy, but some items are hidden behind several menu clicks.

BambooHR has been great for getting all our people organized around onboarding and offboarding. I will say that the Performance management aspect is adequate, but I wish it were more flexible in how in can be structured.
