Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR for all our HR onboarding, offboarding, and HR files. We also utilize BambooHR to track all of our time off. It also keeps track of all the PTO balances for every employee. We love the program so much, and we have all 215 employees on board to use it, even those who hate any form of technology. It has been a fantastic upgrade for us in the HR world. We look forward to more improvements and upgrades from the BambooHR team.

BambooHR is easy to navigate for users who dislike technology. We've built a policy of showing employees how to do things on their own and forcing them to use the system, which has improved our overall efficiency with paperwork and keeping employee information up to date. It has been great so far.
It would be nice to be able to contact support and get help at that time. We have been through the process, and now, we have the standard items we need to try first when looking for support. If we could skip these items and get support.
I would like BambooHR to offer more in-depth HR analytics in chart format. There are options for third-party media feeds like employee cycle, but it would be nice if we could do all of that within BambooHR and not have to get a third party. I would rather pay more to BambooHR than have another system.
We only started to look at Employee Navigator to replace our current benefits platform, which will no longer be offered for use in the future. It seems that Employee Navigator works like BambooHR in many ways. We ultimately chose BambooHR because we were able to do a real-time demo using our own information. Had we not been able to do that, I don't think we would have made the leap.

There is room for improvement with all systems, but BambooHR has been a major upgrade for our company. We went from another digital onboarding process that was super clunky and not always easy to use to BambooHR. I have managers who do not like technology and now love the ease of using BambooHR for their needs.
