Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR to onboard all new full-time employees. We also use it for all HR-related functions, like payroll, pto, and benefits. We use BambooHR as our source of truth with Okta, which works well. It is nice to have everything in one central portal that BambooHR gives us.

Pros

  • Payroll
  • PTO
  • New user creation.

Cons

  • The documentation on Okta with BambooHR needs work.
  • Custom fields requires support be nice to be native.
  • There isn't a good way for admin to get into BambooHR without SSO errors.
  • Onboarding new users.
  • Tracking PTO.
Their console is pretty easy to use.
They are very responsive and fast to fix issues.
It makes it very easy to get reports from the users.
