Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR has an HR administration tool. To start we use it for onboarding employees. They fill out all of their new hire paperwork before they even step foot in the door. We use it to track benefit information. All of our benefit plans are uploaded into the system and everyone is enrolled into their plans. We are able to run reports on just about anything.

BambooHR is easy to use
Every time I have contacted supposed, someone has been in touch right away and provided the best customer service.
I used to create reports manually now all of the hard work is done for me!
We have only ever used external applicant tracking system which we still do.

We use BambooHR as an administration tool and it works great. BambooHR has limited pay types (hourly, salary, commission). We have a lot of different ways to pay people that do not fit into those categories.
