We are have an organization that has doubled in size in the last 2 -3 years. We have a small but mighty HR department. Using BambooHR has helped us manage Recruitment and new hire onboarding. It saves us time. And it helps us to keep us on track. Making it much easier to manage our employee life cycle process.

Usability

BambooHR has been such a great help to our organization. It hasn't streamlined out entire system yet. However, I see the potential. As our organization is learning and growing. BambooHR came at the right time to simplify our process and provide us with a more foreword thinking approach to manage our growth. The platform suits our strategic vision. It provides us with the opportunity to get ahead of the changes our organization is facing as a system that can adapt as we grow.

Support Rating

Their customer service department is prompt and efficient. We are a national organization so sometimes our hours do not align. But there hasn't been a problem that we were unable to address in a timely manager. They make finding the answers we need easy. They have always provided us with clear instructions and made using BambooHR as an administrator simple.

BambooHR Reporting

I am often required to provide employee information to senior leadership. I am able to share a report or create a report that suits their needs quickly and efficiently. They are able to see the information they require quickly or on their own desired schedule. I still have to format them into the preferred excel version and add it to our Google drive. But getting the information is simple.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited for performance management tasks and onboarding new hires. It could improve our functionality by allowing us to save document easily and syncing with our google drive. It could allow or staff to submit approval requests that actual fit our current form needs. It could provide a more seamless experience with connecting with our learning management system. BambooHR isn't a "one stop shop for us" yet. But it is extremely close.
