Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

I've primarily used Bamboo HR for recruiting, storing essential employee documents, performance management, and benefits. BambooHR does a great job with all of these items, making things much more user-friendly for both applicants and staff. At the same time, it's recommended to utilize this service for a smaller staff. I could see larger organizations benefiting from this platform as well.

This has been the easiest HRIS to use from both the HR and employee sides. It has been exceptionally easy to learn and navigate, as well as to direct employees, including new ones, through the system. Many other available platforms lack this level of user friendliness.
The support team is invaluable, and you always get a response within a reasonable time. If you ever need any support, they always respond within a reasonable time frame. There is no struggle to reach a real person and get the help you need with whatever you are working on.
The system enables accurate census reporting and facilitates the creation of affirmative action plans. The reporting functions are very intuitive and easy to use. You can also customize reports and dig into the information you are looking to analyze. This can range from employee demographic data to payroll and more.
Bamboo HR is so so much more user-friendly and easier to navigate on both the admin and employee side of things. This significantly helps reduce headaches and frustration when something needs correction. There is always something that will need to be fixed, so having a platform on your side is significant.

Great for recruiting, but not all benefits can be easily integrated. This system streamlines the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process effectively. It is also super helpful with integrating most benefits, but sometimes you may still need to utilize additional platforms (i.e., DCHealthLink). If you can use the payroll and benefits functions together, it makes for a very streamlined process.
