Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

BambooHR was the tool we needed for applicant tracking. We needed a way to easily receive applications, share the relevant information with the hiring team, and move people through a pipeline. The BambooHR ATS tool is customizable and easy to use, which meant we could quickly tailor it to our needs for each unique role.

BambooHR was very easy to onboard with both as an organization and for each employee. As an organization, I received my access as an admin just a few moments after talking to a representative online. Self-paced and coached onboarding make it easy as an admin to get started. I easily added employees to the system who were able to get up and running with little to no coaching by me needed.
Gusto has an applicant tracking system that we considered using. However, the tool was to simple and did not offer enough customization with application question types, pipeline, and automated emails.

BambooHR has been especially helpful as a tool for applicant tracking during a hiring process. It is easy to use, which means our hiring team can quickly find their way around the system and get to work. It is customizable, which means we can tailor it to each unique role we are hiring.
