Use Cases and Deployment Scope

BambooHR has been amazing and an absolute game changer for our company. We have a fairly complicated PTO system and complex time tracking needs, but we have been able to implement BambooHR to work with smoothly with our company needs. There are sophisticated features, like onboarding, reports, and approval flows that have streamlined things so incredibly. It has helped created efficiencies that are huge timesavers! I highly recommend!

Usability

At our company, BambooHR is utilized by people of all ages. It is extremely user friendly and simple to navigate. On the backend, even without significant experience, we have been able to make adjusts and set things up to suit our needs. If we haven't been able to figure it out ourselves, BambooHR customer service is super responsive and helpful.

I have contact BambooHR support many times for various things. They are always responsive, friendly, and helpful.

There are resources and support, but if you cannot find what you are looking for, it is very easy to get in touch with customer service. They have always been a pleasure to work with.

BambooHR Reporting

The reporting function is robust, efficient, and customizable. Standard reports are pre-loaded into the system, and they are amazing.

Ad-hoc reports are very easy to create and adjust. We previously had information in so many places, making reports tedious, but BambooHR has streamlined this for us. We have saved so much time with this function.

Likelihood to Recommend

BambooHR is a very effective and easy to use HRIS. It is great for time tracking, time off, approval flows, reports, and more. Our onboarding is somewhat extensive, and we've been able to set it up in BambooHR in an incredibly streamlined way. They also offer payroll and benefits administration, but we don't utilize those features at this time. There are limitations with the e-signature feature, so that could use some improvement to become more robust. Still a great feature nonetheless!
