Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

Mainly for staff and business information organization (documents, time off, historical data tracking, reporting). We use separate platforms for payroll/benefits.

Pros

  • User friendly
  • Clean design
  • Helpful tutorials

Cons

  • Calendar should be a pulled out tab to get to quicker
  • Document viewing while in the platform is very spotty
  • More flexibility in the performance reviews
  • Lessens administrative tracking for a small HR team
  • Allowed more visibility to all staff
  • Reduced multiple previous platforms
User friendly with a clean design
Created central location for data that we previously did not have
