Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

Use for payroll, time off management, benefits management. Time off management is a huge problem and BambooHR makes it easy for us to track and adjust PTO, out of office, etc.

Pros

  • Payroll- seamless integration with HR system, like that I only have to login one place
  • PTO management
  • Benefits elections, makes it easy for me to set up benefit choices and for employees to make elections

Cons

  • Wage adjustments- getting the dates to line up so that payroll is accurate. Wish that there was pro-rating options that took place automatically (in case wage adjustments fall in within a current pay period)
  • Benefit integration with carriers- info automatically sent to carriers upon elections
  • Payroll integration has cut working time down because we don't have to login to two different systems
  • On-boarding workflow takes virtually no time at all, offer letters and candidate management is super easy
Multiple employees have stated that it is super easy to use. As the HR/ payroll manager it is super easy for me to use and manage.
I usually almost always get an answer immediately through online chat, and if not, Bamboo always follows up via email. They make sure to close the case on each issue.
I am now able to export reports directly into my Power BI dashboard because of the many customizable report options that BambooHR offers.
