Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We are using BambooHR as HRMS , Its very helpful in maintaining overall employee data at one place, Helpful in performance evaluation, Helpful in making directories, Custom filters helps in fetching data very easily and quickly, One can easily access the teams across the globe as it contains all the information like Address , Contact etc.
I highly recommend BambooHR as HRMS.

Overall usage is great, User experience is great.
Starting from offer till the onboarding and after that employee lifecycle management is amazing.
Overall its great experience to use BambooHR as HRMS.

Overall Employee Lifecycle is very amazing feature, It is great in offer generation, Onboarding, Time off, Events notification etc.

Its not very helpful in uploading bulk resumes, since most companies use ATS for that, However it can be great ATS if some features will be added life Interview Scheduling, Meeting invites from BambooHR etc.
