Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR to manage our staff's personal information, documentation, reviews, surveys, and more. It's very useful for sending documents for signature and the setup process is incredibly easy to navigate. As an administrator, I have the ability to set up teams and have each manager's access only allowed to their particular team. The survey function is also useful in requesting employee opinions.

BambooHR is incredibly easy to use and navigate. Everything is laid out in a sensible and orderly fashion. If a user has any issue at all finding an element, the guides and customer assistance team can very easily point them in the right direction. Great usability on multiple levels for any user.
BambooHR has one of the most prompt and knowledgeable support teams that I have ever contacted. They respond to requests in an expeditious fashion and always have a correct answer or solution to the problem. Their team is clearly well trained in the product and can provide support for any situation.
BambooHR reporting has helped my HR and administration team keep a finger on the pulse of the company in many facets. We utilize the turnover report, the survey reports, and the PTO requests and response reports quite often. This helps us keep an eye on how our teams are feeling, when they will be in-office, and how to best support them.

BambooHR is great for company management when a few people are in an administration or HR seat. It makes navigating the ins and out of the company simple and straightforward and the customer service team is always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to jump in and help.
BambooHR might not be appropriate for a company with a significant number of admins
