Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

It is the payroll/hr company for one of my clients. The reporting is not as user friendly as most. I find it difficult to locate what I am searching. Had a few issues with both payroll and taxes, albeit minimal but when it comes to payroll, this is not truly acceptable.
Again, reports (Payroll Summary and Payroll Details) are horrible and not user-friendly. Hard to find what I needed in order to create Journal Entries. Albeit this client had a few dozen employees so that may be the issue. They may not handle large companies as well as smaller but I'm not sure. I only used them for the one client.
Not my payroll company but they made working on the bi-monthly payroll for my client a true chore. I despised doing it. Most payroll companies have reporting from which Journal Entries can be produced rapidly. Not BambooHR®.
Not as well as any of them. I am not a QBO Payroll fan either but they are better than BambooHR®.

I would not recommend this company as I find it the reporting difficult and cumbersome. I have had issues with payments and taxes. I have 2 go-to companies I recommend and BambooHR® is not one of them.
