Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR as our HRIS and it has been awesome in managing and streamlining our HR functions. It makes functions such as onboarding, managing time-offs, payroll, keeping employee records, and performance management easy. We enjoy using it more so because of the effortless automation of administrative tasks which ensures efficiency. Also, it saves time for the HR staff thanks to AI features that makes handling HR inquiries easy.

  • The employee self-service features works well.
  • Handles business payroll seamlessly.

  • It saves time more so because of the employee self service feature.
  • It helps boost employee productivity thanks to performance management features.
  • It makes work planning easy.
I find BambooHR straightforward and using it is always easy, However, the UI could use some updating.
I give the support team a 10. The are not only timely in responding to issues but the few times I have contacted support, the have proven to be resourceful and displayed willingness to help.
The ability to report makes it easy for workforce planning among other uses.
