Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR as our primary human resource management tool and it has so far worked well. Being an all-in-one solution, it handles everything from payroll, hiring, time/attendance management, benefits, onboarding, and even performance management. What makes it great are the automation capabilities and the ability to centralize employee data for easy management. In addition, it supports lots of integration and scaling is always easy. It is the best HR solution I have used.

  • There are limited customization options.
  • Lacks advanced integration options.
  • Being an all-in-one HR solution saves us money - we need not deploy multiple HR apps as it has it all.
  • Centralizing employee data ensures easy access and this saves time.
  • The automation features also streamlines processes and saves time too.
BambooHR is not complex to understand and use. Only a few days of training and new users are able to use it effectively.
Support is amazing - they respond on time and seems to understand every customer request thus offering personalized assistance.
We accurate and effective reporting, we've an easy time making critical business decisions. Our decisions are always backed by data.

If you're looking for an all-in-one HR platform, then BambooHR might just be what you needs. This tool handles most HR processes from hiring, onboaridng, tracking, benefits, payroll and so much more and we have used it without issues. I recommend it because the pricing is also manageable.
