Overall Satisfaction with Bandwidth
We use them extensively for call origination, termination, e911, Dynamic 911, SMS (SMPP), and CNAM lookup. We use them as a provider that handles all of these things for our customers. They provide a reliable service that we are able to leverage.

- Pricing is great.
- 24/7 support is lacking.
- They prefer working over email.
- Not always very transparent.
- Great product, at a reasonable price.
- Their quick support allows us to get customer issues fixed, and fast.
- Their portal allows for adding additional sites/trunks without talking to anyone.
Their pricing is tough to beat, the reliability is great. And then add a few more positive things, like the tools and customer support, and that makes it a no-brainer.
