Overall Satisfaction with Bandwidth
Bandwidth.com provides a number of affordable services. Unfortunately, they refer abuse complaints to their resellers, and many resellers abuse the system. I myself have received repeated spam phone calls about car warranties and the like, but bandwidth.com support does not deactivate the customer or reseller account after repeated requests. Think twice before supporting a company with policies such as these.

- Containing the use of their system to responsible actors.
- Unfortunately, repeated calls from resellers abusing their system has cost me a lot of time.
