Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda Backup
We use the Barracuda to back up all of our virtual servers across the whole organization. It provides secure backup and redundancy in the event of an emergency.
- Full backup and incrementals for all our servers.
- Granular restore at a file level if needed.
- Cloud storage for archived backups.
- The UI could be a little more intuitive as sometimes it's confusing to find certain menu options.
- We've had several incidents where business critical apps and files needed to be restored and it saved us the headaches of having to recreate the work.
Barracuda has a rock solid reputation in the business, and sells quality products that any company should stand behind. I've not used any other product that has the level of quality that Barracuda does.
