Both products are very similar in providing a complete package for security awareness training, education, assessment, and ongoing evaluation. KnowBe4 has more functionality for the gamification aspect and a slightly richer template base for phishing simulations. Barracuda Phishline was part of the package for our Total Email Security solution, so it was an easy decision to implement it.
