Overall Satisfaction with Basecamp
Basecamp is being used throughout the company by keeping all projects in one product where everyone can see and use it. All clients that we have come in contact with are also stored in there. It saves a lot of time between talking to departments because they can just look in Basecamp and usually see everything they need. It also keeps everything organized and secure at the same time.
- Keeps things organized and easy to find at any time.
- User-friendly. Easy to upload new information and find information.
- The amount of people that can take advantage of Basecamp at one time is awesome.
- Sometimes when using Google Chrome it does not work so you have to disable some extensions. I wish it could work all the time in any browser without having to do anything.
- It would be nice if Basecamp could change languages also.
- Could probably be a little cheaper.
