Any enterprise that has 1000+ employees, multiple layers of management, different divisions, etc. where internal employees don't always know each other, the tool helps facilitate faster/easier communication. Also helpful for companies trying to manage their contingent labor spend and staff aug strategy. Easy to track vendor performance and success metrics to determine best staffing/recruiting partners for specific disciplines and skillsets.
