Overall Satisfaction with BetterCloud

The entire organization is able to use the software, but only a few of us hold administrative functions. While there on many tools associated with BetterCloud, we mostly use the software to complement the features offered on Gmail. This includes email signatures and graphics, vacation away messages and settings, etc. While the software does make these tedious tasks easier, it's all not that necessary as the email suite itself is fully capable of handling these actions.
  • Easy to use - even for those with limited computer proficiency
  • Complements email client very well - mimics all the existing features of the suite
  • Useful for multitasking. One admin can set up, change, or fix all user account settings universally
  • Simply needs more functions. While it does complement well, it cannot stand on its own. Needs more useful features
  • The software is clunky, and often lags and or fails
  • Too generic. There need to be more options and more choices to make your email signature stand out
  • In my experience, mostly just saved time. It allows me to multi-task tedious functions.
As mentioned before, it's well suited if you need to change or edit multiple users at once. As an administrator, BetterCloud offers the ability to scan other users information to create universal signatures and graphics across your entire team. This saves a ton of time compared to going through each user individually.
