Overall Satisfaction with BetterWorks
We use BetterWorks for 2 purposes: OKRs management and employee performance reviews, including periodic company-wide performance evaluation and periodic 1:1 conversations and feedback sharing between managers and direct reports and peers.
Pros
- Web based platform with everyone being able to access it anytime anywhere
- Allows for company wide OKRs management and promotes transparency
- Has some reporting functionalities
Cons
- The platform is not very user friendly and requires training
- Reporting is limited and has to be heavily customized to work for your organization

- A tool like this was highly viewed by the new hires as it shows the company's commitment to track everyone's contribution to corporates goals
- Provides transparency into what each team does
- The implementation was a big effort
BetterWorks provided more functionalities and could cover both performance evaluation and OKRs management. It also presented to have a more robust support.
