Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

We use Bigin by Zoho CRM to capture prospect information on the web and the mobile app. We needed a tool that would keep all our client and prospect information in one place, along with a record of all emails going to them. Our team uses this tool on a daily basis to write call notes, record activities and events and send out both individual and mass emails.

Pros

  • User interface is intuitive
  • Mobile app is easy to use and helps capture leads on the go
  • Price point can't be beat. Appealing for small businesses

Cons

  • Setting up the pipeline stages can be clunky
  • Highly customized products/services don't fit well in this CRM
  • Has increased our follow-up with prospects
It is easy to use, the interface is intuitive and the colours are appealing. This applies to both the web and mobile application. The team likes using it because it is easy to add and update records and interactions with prospects and clients. It works best for our consulting business with limited number of products and services.

This is the best CRM for a simple small business with multiple clients and a robust pipeline of prospects. The price can't be beat and it has all the functionality a small business would need. The interface is intuitive and easy to understand. It may not have all the bells and whistles of a Hubspot, but it does a good job with the foundations of a CRM.
