Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM
We use Bigin by Zoho CRM to capture prospect information on the web and the mobile app. We needed a tool that would keep all our client and prospect information in one place, along with a record of all emails going to them. Our team uses this tool on a daily basis to write call notes, record activities and events and send out both individual and mass emails.

- Price point can't be beat. Appealing for small businesses

- Setting up the pipeline stages can be clunky
- Highly customized products/services don't fit well in this CRM
- Has increased our follow-up with prospects
