Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM
We are emerging solar EPC companies. We get many leads and referral which we miss following up as we didn't have a proper system to record data. Most CRMs where cumbersome and took much our time entering data. Bigin by Zoho CRM was very simple and easy to use with the Pipeline feature and contact import option. We are now able to efficiently manage of leads and referrals.

Cons
- For importing contacts I have to go to settings, would like to have simple button on the home page
- Better Reminders and Notification system
- Better integration with Zoho Books
- It is very affordable
- Not missing a lead and also tracking lost order gives better insight
- It is very suitable for our business
- HubSpot CRM and Zoho CRM
It is very simple. HubSpot CRM didn't have pipeline and didn't have a cool interface. Zoho CRM was cumbersome with too many data to enter.
