Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

I have used numerous CRM systems over the last 10 years, and Bigin by Zoho CRM has been the best for a number of reasons. First of all the price is very competitive. For what it does, no-one really comes close to what it can do for the price. The automation is also really easy to set up and utilize, saving us a lot of time. Finally, it does the basics really well, and is also really easy to use. Since using it as a team, we have saved a lot of time.

Due to everything mentioned previously. It's cost effective, time efficient and easy to use compared to the majority of others out on the market.

We needed to automate some of the sales process, removing time spent on admin and mundane tasks. This has enabled us to utilise more time with sales, increasing our revenue and sales since utilising this feature. With it also being easy to use, our team has onboarded the CRM into their day to day too.
