Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM
We have been using Zoho services last 7 years. Recently to organize our sales lead I have tried Bigin and to my surprise it is super simple to understand and operate. Now my sales lead are well managed and I can focus on the potential customer without missing them. I would recommend this Bigin for its simplicity to operate.

- fetching lead from the emails
- 30% increase in sales
since we are already using Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory, we started using Bigin due to ease of compatibility of interface
