Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

I wanted a CRM that is lite and easy to use, nothing fancy and which doesn't break my bank, after research I found Bigin to align with my requirements and I am still configuring and exploring the product, setting up automation as well. i would recommend Bigin as its lite and cost effective.
