Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

We use Zoho Bigin at our clinical research sites to help us organize our study sponsor contacts. Bigin helps us to track what phase of contact we are in with each study, organize email templates, and facilitate budgeting and feasibility follow-up. Bigin is helping our site to become more consistent in our business development outreach and increase our potential for revenue.

  • Ease of learning automation/stage building
  • We have not had enough time with Bigin to make our ROI trackable
Some background in website design/ basic code is helpful to facilitate startup. Not all features are intuitive but easy to navigate once learned.
Bigin seems to be a little more simple in its basic layout and allow for more customization.
