Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is very suitable for small teams, especially start up companies for example. As a start up, we are using it to follow our clients and pipelines. It is not complex like the others we tried before. We are using it as 3 marketing staff. The statistics items are also quite useful.
