Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is very suitable for small teams, especially start up companies for example. As a start up, we are using it to follow our clients and pipelines. It is not complex like the others we tried before. We are using it as 3 marketing staff. The statistics items are also quite useful.

  • Easy to use and adopt.
  • Nice statistics and reports.
  • Flexible pipeline management.

Cons

  • More free trial period
  • More easy data entry
  • Reports alternatives should be more and easy to adjust
  • Traceability of customers
  • Able to prepare reports easily
  • Manageability of pipeline
