Bigin has been so easy for us to set up and immediately start using as our CRM. We were able to easily import our exisitng contacts from the various different places where our records were stored, and combine them in one place with details like tags and effective categorisation to keep them organised.
We were able to follow up effectively with some existing leads, and have already started to move deals down our pipeline.
I cannot recommend Bigin highly enough - it is an ideal mix of customisability and ease of use.
