Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

We are into IT development and marketing. For a very long time we use to use Google Sheets however once the client database grew, we really struggled maintaining it. At that time I got to know about Zoho Bigin, took the demo and got onboarded, it really simplified our sales process. Now it's a part of our sales tool. Much recommended.
