Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

As the salesperson for a small, service-based business, I love that Bigin offers a free version with most of the features I need to have--contacts and companies, sure, but also pipelines, forms, and activities. I can schedule needed follow up, which is huge to stay on track so no leads fall through the cracks.

Pros

  • able to schedule activities and follow ups
  • contact and company layout makes intuitive sense
  • calendar replaces other free versions for scheduling meetings

Cons

  • needs more follow up and reminder automations in free version
  • much easier to manage lead follow up
  • easier to share info between remote employees
Very intuitive and easy to learn. Also has most of the features I need to use on a regular basis in the free version.
