Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

i use Bigin by Zoho CRM with all my other tools on zoho, which are books, desk, sign and forms!! it has been a game changer, the prices are decent and tons of features

Pros

  • contacts
  • crms
  • very easy to use and learn

Cons

  • more options with popular softwares that others offer
  • their customer based in the usa should be proper english speaking angents
  • technicians need to be more familiar with the products they offer
  • customer orginasation
overall like it, but improveent is always prefeered
