Great for Small to Medium Non-Profit Organisations
Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM
As a non-profit organisation, we have struggled to find a CRM system that can be customised for our specific needs. There are tons of funding opportunities and calls for proposals listed in many places, posts and subscription platforms and it becomes difficult to keep track opportunities with go/no go decisions, proposals submitted, funding timelines and successful / unsuccessful bids.
Pros

- Allowing easy movement of opportunities along the pipeline
Cons
- We've struggled a bit with finding which package is the most appropriate, specifically being a non-profit where pricing is crucial. Thankfully the local office has made contact with us
- We have not used the system long enough to be able to give a hard impact number, but just looking at time saved, it has had a very positive impact on my productivity as an executive trustee of the organisation
