Overall Satisfaction with BILL

We utilized BILL in our organization in order to connect financially with a multitude of customers. The program allows us easy access to receive payments, invoice as needed as well as view status of all incoming payments. Overall, we are satisfied with the functionality and ease of use when it comes to BILL.

  • Sometimes we do not receive all email alerts and have to login
  • Extra charge for ACH payments
  • Allows smoother payment functionality from customers
  • Enables efficient communication regarding customer orders
  • Houses all payment information for easy access to historical and current payments.

BILL allows us to keep digitally connected with the subset of our customers who also utilize the program. Overall, the ease of access and payment insight provided by BILL is a positive addition to our organization. When there has been any slight issue regarding incoming payments from customers, it is easily addressed.
