Overall Satisfaction with BILL

Bill was used to pay other vendors as well as receive payments from clients in a secure and centralized platform. Privacy and speed were two major areas that Bill was able to address. If a company needs to change their banking or personal information, it can be done only by them, thereby reducing clerical errors. The variety of payment types and processing speeds were important when evaluating Bill as a solution option.

Cons

  • Customer service is a bit cumbersome
  • More self-service features would be great to reduce call ins to support
  • A positive is ease to set up and integrate with existing systems.
  • enrolling in the Bill network allows both payments sent and received
I will say Bill is a solid solution in comparison to other solutions used.

Bill is a suited solution for small businesses, looking to handle individual and batch payments. The integration with book keeping solutions keeps redundancy down as well as clerical issues. I am not sure the volume of transactions processed by Bill monthly, but this solutions may not be appropriate for large enterprise payment solutions. I am also unaware of the Global currency payment functions.
